No reply from support

We have a blocking problem; project doesn’t compile (and we don’t use no custom plugins);
we switched to a gold account to have direct support; 4 days and no reply,
2 days ago I wrote an email and no reply; we are stuck with the development,
someone can update me what is going on?

I’m really worried, we are using Cocoon for business, we need at least BASIC support…
