To create an Windows App you have to create an Certificate with the following commands

First you need create a PVK and a CER file
makecert.exe /n "CN=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX“ /r /h 0 /eku “1.3.6.1.5.5.7.3.3,1.3.6.1.4.1.311.10.3.13” /e 12/31/2099 /sv XXXXX.pvk XXXXX.cer

And then a PFX file
pvk2pfx /pvk XXXXX.pvk /pi PASSWORD /spc XXXXX.cer /pfx XXXXX.pfx

Now upload the PFX file to your Signing Keys at Cocoon
Package Thumbprint: DOUBLECLICK CER FILE
Publisher Id: CN=XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX

Edit “config.xml” platform name=“windows”
<preference name=“WindowsStorePublisherName” value=„YOUR PUBLISHER DISPLAY NAME“ />
<preference name=“WindowsStoreIdentityName” value=„APP IDENTITY“ />
To get the App Identity go „Windows Dev Center Account -> App Management -> App Identity“
